Thanks to Bob, our benefactor from the USA, an idea sparked off in the year 2001 to establish a dedicated unit to impart computer education to the slum children of Vyasarpadi and North Chennai. Boasting of qualified staff, a multimedia class room and 60 Pentium class computers (all with LCD monitors from the year 2008) dishing out flavors of Linux/Windows & lessons in popular software courses. It adopts one-child one-PC concept and students are provided a networked but fire-walled environment connected to high-speed internet as well with dedicated email/chat/ftp server to boot!

 The Bobs Computer Centre provides up-to-date and industry relevant Computer training for School Children & Poor youth of Vyasarpadi and caters annually to over 840 students/youngsters. This unit also provides IT backbone support to the Beatitudes!
