Don Bosco High School
On June 24, 1965 the Don Bosco Elementary School was started. The medium of instruction is Tamil, which is the regional language. 

In course of time this primary school was upgraded to a middle and then High School. Presently there are about 2000 children, boys and girls attending Don Bosco High Schoolthese Schools. Most of the students are hailing from the numerous slums which abound in this locality. 

The children of the leprosy patients and beggars staying in our special Homes also attend these Schools. Salesian Sisters take good care of them, assume the responsibility of the administration and imparting the best of education and discipline. It is a Co-ed school for the children between the age of 6 to 15.
